Federal election platform

Six commitments.
No weasel words.

Every commitment on this page is specific, costed, and independently verified. We do not make promises we cannot keep. We do not use language designed to give us an escape route. These are the things we will do if elected — not the things we will try to do, or hope to do, or study the feasibility of doing.

Repeal Bill C-11 and C-18 within 100 days

We will introduce legislation to fully repeal the Online Streaming Act (Bill C-11) and the Online News Act (Bill C-18) within the first 100 days of government. No exceptions. No carve-outs.

The government should not decide what Canadians watch, read, or say online. These bills give unelected regulators the power to control internet content and force platforms to pay news outlets chosen by Ottawa. We believe in a free internet.

02
Sound MoneyCosted

Add Bitcoin to Canada's foreign reserve assets

We will direct the Bank of Canada to allocate 1% of foreign reserve assets to Bitcoin, held in self-custody by the Government of Canada, with full public auditability of the holdings.

Every G7 government is quietly studying this. We will be the first to do it openly and honestly. Bitcoin is the only asset that cannot be inflated, seized, or cancelled by a foreign government.

03
Foreign PolicyCosted

No foreign military deployments without a parliamentary vote

We will amend the National Defence Act to require a binding vote of the House of Commons before any Canadian Armed Forces personnel are deployed in a combat role outside Canada.

Canada has participated in foreign wars decided by the executive with no meaningful parliamentary oversight. Canadians who serve deserve a democratic mandate for every deployment.

04
Small GovernmentCosted

15% reduction in federal civil service over 4 years

We will reduce the federal civil service headcount by 15% over four years through attrition and a hiring freeze, with zero reductions to frontline health, border, or veterans services.

The federal public service has grown by over 40% since 2015 with no measurable improvement in service delivery. We will publish full department-by-department breakdowns before the election.

05
EconomyCosted

Abolish the federal carbon tax entirely

We will repeal the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act on day one. We will replace it with direct investment in Canadian nuclear energy and clean technology research.

The carbon tax has increased the cost of food, heating, and transportation for working Canadians while failing to meaningfully reduce emissions. We support a clean environment — not regressive taxation.

06
HousingCosted

Build 500,000 new homes by removing federal barriers

We will eliminate all federal regulations that delay housing approvals beyond 60 days, tie federal infrastructure funding to municipalities that meet density targets, and end foreign ownership of residential property.

Canada has a housing crisis caused by government obstruction, not market failure. We will get out of the way and let Canadians build.
